The quality of the products are great , it's a brilliant store for almost everything you require. However , this particular store is let down by extremely poor , amateurish management with crazy power crazy rules. These aren't all experiences that I've had myself , but everytime we visit this store there is always something going on , Customers complaining, staff shouting , tills out of control , products priced up wrong, Customers being told they can't do something when another member of staff said they could. Its such a shame it puts us off going here tbh.

Not for me. The wife loves the place for all her little knick knacks and stuff she finds necessary to buy. Went to get some new kitchen lights but they were out of stock, kinda glad cos they were £95 each, got alternatives elsewhere for £35 each. Woohoo.

Went in the cafe, staff do their job. Coffee could be hotter as it's from a machine and food is ok and cheaper than most places. Basic cafe really never too crowded but would go there again and have done. The shop sells a lot of things for the home and a lot of it is a reasonable price apart from the sofas and chairs and some of the cabinets imo. It's a good shop and staff are helpful.

I mean, who doesn't like dunelm? Great selection of home products and amazing pricing for items. Managed to grab a duvet set for next to nothing, very pleased.

One staff member was clearly annoyed that I was unable to get the curtains I was returning back in the bag, as it was broken. I found this rude. Another was very anxious and not listening to me and my partner at all, when we bought replacement curtains. A bit frustrating. The other two staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. A mixed bag!

Could have been better! I normally love Dunelm, but this store was a mess! Not good when you can't get in due to the muddle of stuff at the entrance. We took a wheelchair user, and every aisle was so crowded that we struggled to get round! Not very inclusive, buggies would be difficult too. The cafe was a disaster!! Just on lunchtime and no jacket potatoes, no quiche, just sandwiches, pizza or soup!! The person we took can't swallow bread. Luckily a young lady behind the counter heard us saying we'd have to leave and offered us the children's tomato pasta dish for our adult in the wheelchair. They made us a terrible, thin milkshake but made up for it by giving us 2 which we thickened for the wheelchair user. Doubt I'll go there again, no one wants to see a messy store it doesn't inspire customers to shop!

Love dunelm for household necessities from bedding to little nick nacks. Cafe is great as well. Staff on shop floor and Cafe helpful and curtious. Only issue air con/heater above front doors thick with dust and debris which can be seen from cafe. The filters and surround should be cleaned regularly for safety for staff and shoppers.
